Weight loss diets are planned according to client age, weight, height, medical issue (if any) and blood group.

Steps to proceed :

1 Mail us the medical history form.
2 Discuss in detail your eating pattern, medical issues, lifestyle, diet preferences.
3 Diet is prescribed for first 4 days.
4 Client is required to update his / her starting weight through sms , mail or phone on the day of starting diet. Weight should be taken on an empty stomach with similar (and preferably very light) clothes.
5 Regular monitoring of weight is required and diet needs to be changed as same diet for entire month cannot give you weight loss.
6 Any doubts or queries will be sorted out immediately through phone , mail or sms.

Firstly, check if you suffer from any underlying illnesses that cause weight loss or hamper weight gain and that other important factors such as medications, depression or anxiety are not preventing you from gaining weight.
If you have a clean bill of physical and mental health, the solution to underweight is to ingest more energy on a daily basis than you use up for physiological processes and physical activity. This means that you must eat more at each meal and have healthy snacks between meals.
I will plan a diet for weight gain according to age, medical condition and your routine. I will monitor your weight weekly. We will target increase of 2 kg in a month with healthy eating pattern.

We plan special diets for patients who have specific needs for a particular medical condition. Diet prescribed will be given after going through their medical reports and with their routine and preferences.

Diabetes referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar) either because production is inadequate or because the body's cells do not respond properly to or both.

There are three types of diabetes:

1) Type 1 Diabetes
The body does not produce. Some people may refer to this type as -dependent diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is nowhere near as common as Type 2 diabetes. Approximately 10% of all diabetes cases are type 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes must ensure proper blood-glucose levels by carrying out regular blood tests and following a special diet.

2) Type 2 Diabetes
The body does not produce enough or the cells in the body do not react to (resistance). Approximately 90% of all cases of diabetes worldwide are of this type. Some people may be able to control their type 2 diabetes symptoms by losing weight, following a healthy diet, doing plenty of exercise, and monitoring their blood glucose levels. Overweight and obese people have a much higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes compared to those with a healthy body weight. People with a lot of visceral fat, also known as central obesity, belly fat, or abdominal obesity, are especially at risk. Being overweight/obese causes the body to release chemicals that can destabilize the body's cardiovascular and metabolic systems. Being overweight, physically inactive and eating the wrong foods all contribute to our risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The risk of developing type 2 diabetes is also greater as we get older. Those with a close relative who had type 2 diabetes also have a higher risk of developing the disease.

3) Gestational Diabetes
This type affects females during pregnancy. Some women have very high levels of glucose in their blood and their bodies are unable to produce enough to transport all of the glucose into their cells, resulting in progressively rising levels of glucose. The majority of gestational diabetes patients can control their diabetes with exercise and diet. Undiagnosed or uncontrolled gestational diabetes can raise the risk of complications during childbirth.

How is diabetes managed ?
Three things will have a major impact on your blood glucose & blood lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides) levels

What you eat? How much you eat? When you eat?
By selecting the right types of foods, as well as appropriate quantities you can significantly improve your ability to control your blood glucose and blood lipids.

What does healthy eating mean?
Healthy eating most certainly does not mean you will go hungry and have to spend much of your life desperately trying to resist temptation. You can still consume the food you like. All it means is that you will have to be much more aware of how much carbohydrate, fat and protein you consume each time you eat. You just have to get the balance right. And this is where it is important to seek guidance from a Diet expert.

What is cholesterol?

Cholesterol is a type of fat (lipid) in your blood. Your cells need cholesterol, and your body makes all it needs. But you also get cholesterol from the food you eat

There are different kinds of cholesterol?
1 LDL is the "bad" cholesterol, the kind that can clog your arteries. This is the cholesterol you need to lower, if you have high cholesterol.
2 HDL is the "good" cholesterol. HDL helps clear fat from your blood. A high level of HDL can help protect you from a heart attack.
3 Triglycerides are another type of fat in your blood. If you have high triglycerides and high LDL, your chances of having a heart attack are higher.

Many things can cause high cholesterol, including:
1 The foods you eat- Eating too much saturated fat or trans fat can raise your cholesterol.
2 Being overweight
3 Being inactive
4 Age-Cholesterol starts to rise after age 20.
5 Family history- If family members have or had high cholesterol, you may also have it.
6 Overall health- Diseases such as hypothyroidism can raise cholesterol.

Some lifestyle changes are important for everyone with high cholesterol. Your doctor will probably want you to:

1 Eat a heart-healthy diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, beans, high-fiber grains as high fiber diet will help you in reducing cholesterol naturally.
2 Lose weight- Losing just 2.5 kg to 4.5 kg can lower your cholesterol. This is a MUST-DO for over-weight people.
3 Get regular exercise - on most, if not all, days of the week. Walking is a great exercise that most people can do. A good goal is 30 minutes or more a day.
4 Don't smoke- Quitting can help to raise your HDL and improve your heart health. Changing old habits may not be easy, but it is very important to help you live a healthier and longer life. Having a plan can help to start with small steps. For example, commit to adding one fruit or one vegetable a day for a week. Instead of having dessert, take a short walk.

Good nutrition during pregnancy, and enough of it, is very important for your baby to grow and develop. You should consume about 300 more calories per day than you did before you became pregnant.

Although nausea and vomiting during the first few months of pregnancy can make this difficult, try to eat a well-balanced diet and take prenatal vitamins.

Pregnancy diet is planned as per you and your babies nutrient requirements of particular month. For e.g. - I recommend food that is high in iron and calcium for first trimester as mother needs to eat healthy nutrients for healthy baby.

I plan diet according to trimester and give lots of healthy options for pregnancy.

Diet chart is provided and weekly changes are made so that you consume essential nutrients everyday.

Small frequent meals are prescribed :

Diet is planned so that your baby put on weight and be healthy.

Diet will be such that you don't get gestational diabetes etc as becoming common health issues these days.

Besides the cosmetic reasons for desiring healthy locks, hair is also a great marker of overall health. A healthy diet and smart lifestyle changes can have your hair and skin looking luscious.

Healthy skin and hair is an aspect of beauty. There are many home remedies and special diets to prevent various skin and hair problems like :

Skin Problem

1 Acne
2 Pimples
3 Dark circles
4 Wrinkles
5 Marks and skin clarity

Hair Problem

1 Premature greying
2 Dandruff
3 Hair fall
4 Split ends

Celebrity Diet

The Celebrity Slim program is flexible so you can swap meals around to suit your lifestyle. For example, if you're invited out to lunch, simply enjoy your healthy balanced meal for lunch that day and balance it next day.

It's completely fine to switch around when you have your healthy balanced meal each day. In fact, varying your routine regularly can help rev up your metabolism and prevent a weight loss plateau, because it stops your body from getting used to the same routine day-in-day-out. Diet prescribed - will increase your energy levels.
